Track & Trace Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage daily with drivers and clients

• Inform relevant parties of any concerns

• Enter updates into the system

• Handle incoming client calls

• Arrange appointments

• Stay updated on market trends within the transportation industry

• Execute additional tasks as required by business needs or assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency is essential

• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus

• Proficient in PC use (Microsoft Office preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 2 pm (EST)
