This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define the strategic objectives of the program.

• Create and oversee the integrated program plan, ensuring alignment of technical requirements with business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines.

• Design, implement, and manage the Agile framework for the program.

• Establish and facilitate the program's rhythm, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and meetings for cross-pillar synchronization.

• Lead the comprehensive Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness through facilitation and follow-up, ensuring a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train.

• Proactively identify, monitor, and drive the resolution of program-level risks and inter-team dependencies to maintain a smooth flow of value delivery.

• Offer expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and agile teams.

• Act as the main communication point for program status, progress, and metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, particularly in leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives.

• Deep knowledge and practical application of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles.

• Demonstrated ability to structure and manage large, multi-pillar technology programs with intricate interdependencies.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools for overseeing complex backlogs and reporting on program-level metrics.

• Strong understanding of cloud migration concepts and the capacity to collaborate effectively with technical teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
