Technical Product Manager – Client Experience

📋 Description

• Yuno is progressing towards its 2030 Vision: to become the autonomous, programmable operating system for global commerce.

• We are seeking a highly technical, execution-oriented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to act as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for Client Experience — focusing on how our clients engage with the platform.

• This role encompasses a wide-ranging mandate across three interconnected domains: Developer Platform & API, Client Identity, Data & Access, and Checkout & Client Experiences.

• You will occupy a pivotal position at the intersection of advanced technology and business value, determining the essential building blocks necessary to enhance developer experience, manage merchant accounts and access, and optimize every interaction merchants and shoppers have within Yuno's 11 domains.

• Your responsibilities will include defining product strategy, shaping technical direction, and ensuring consistent operational reliability in production.

• You will possess a keen product intuition and oversee the complete delivery process regarding how clients experience and integrate with Yuno through our Agentic Integration Platform.

• You will lead an autonomous, cross-functional domain pod (or a coordinated set of pods) to develop robust, headless capabilities in an environment with zero tolerance for failure.

• You will advocate for a “You Build It, You Run It” (YBIYRI) engineering culture, ensuring that every component your team delivers — from the public API gateway to the checkout SDK — is of bank-grade quality, resilient, and fully owned from code to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep technical foundation: A strong grasp of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms, and contemporary software engineering practices (Cloud-native/Serverless, Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST), with the capability to lead architectural discussions regarding “paved road” infrastructure related to public APIs, identity systems, and client-facing UI.

• Platform-as-a-Product experience: Demonstrated experience in building fundamental platform capabilities or complex distributed systems that span multiple interdependent domains — preferably involving developer-facing APIs/SDKs, identity and access management, or checkout/commerce experiences.

• Execution mastery: A proven track record of enhancing delivery speed across a broad surface area, unblocking engineering teams, managing dependencies across 11 domains, and optimizing DORA metrics.

• The “Maker” mindset: A preference for clean, modular architecture over monolithic shortcuts, particularly when coordinating three interlocking domains.

• Commercial sharpness: The ability to articulate technical trade-offs (e.g., tech debt versus feature velocity, flexibility versus time-to-first-transaction) to executive stakeholders and translate growth objectives into technical requirements.

• Domain familiarity: A working knowledge of API gateway design and versioning, SSO/permissions models, merchant reporting/analytics, and checkout/SDK patterns (hosted pages, embedded web/mobile).
