This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Arrive at work each day ready to effectively guide your team in the safe and timely execution of high-quality work.
• Serve as a role model for your team by adhering to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety regulations.
• Oversee the daily on-site tasks and manage the complete scope of work for each job with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with your crew, supervisor, and customers about schedules, changes in work scope, redlines, status updates, personnel matters, and more.
• Be punctual, prepared, and equipped for daily challenges, ensuring your crew is equally ready.
• Understand and identify the hazards associated with tower construction and how to lead a crew to perform tasks safely while complying with all relevant laws and regulations, regardless of the structure or setting.
• Proficient in using Anritsu, Andrew, PIM, JDSU, Azimuth, antennas, and other necessary equipment.
• Capable of providing direction, delegating tasks, adapting swiftly to changes, collaborating in a team environment, and promoting company culture consistently.
• Competent in handling various administrative duties and paperwork, including daily reports, JSAs, customer/job-status documentation, crew timesheets, close-out documentation/deliverables, identifying materials and resources needed for projects, red-lines, incident reports, and performance reviews.
• Willing and able to climb towers as necessary, reaching heights of up to 500 feet, and work freely.
• Open to working overtime and traveling from home (including out-of-state) for as long as 4 weeks at a time, including weekends.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the tower modification industry, including at least 3 years in a Foreman role.
• Capability to lead all aspects of tower work while on-site.
• Availability for weekend and evening work as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and other customer-related documents.
• Understanding and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and comply with the Company Drug Testing Policy.
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Radiation Safety Awareness, and Competent Climber Certifications.
