📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately managing incoming requests through various channels (such as smartphone, email, etc.)

• Responsible for fulfilling all booking requirements for travelers, including both business and leisure trips

• Deliver outstanding customer service to surpass clients' expectations

• Authorized to sell package deals, tours, event tickets, and additional offerings
