This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction.
• Offer guidance to travellers and take responsibility for their well-being.
• Continuously enhance knowledge about the countries visited, including their culture, religion, and environment.
• Address traveller issues and concerns directly.
• Strive to maintain the travel itinerary as accurately as possible.
• Make reservations for lodging, transportation, and activities.
• Recommend suitable restaurants, transportation options, and shopping needs to travellers.
• Train new Leaders as necessary.
• Assist regional offices upon request.
• Prior experience living, travelling, studying, or working abroad.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Knowledge of region-specific languages is essential.
• Experience in leadership positions.
• Capability to communicate effectively across various contexts.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in unpredictable and high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism practices.
• Good health and a high level of energy.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Background in basic accounting or budgeting is advantageous.
• Computer literacy, including a working knowledge of the Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
