This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction.
• Lead and oversee the well-being of travellers throughout their journey.
• Continuously enhance knowledge about the countries being visited.
• Maintain a valid passport and visa at all times.
• Ensure vaccinations and preventive medications are current.
• Serve as the daily guide, interpreter, and group manager.
• Make necessary reservations for accommodation, transportation, and activities.
• Offer recommendations for suitable dining options and transport needs.
• Track daily expenses and keep all receipts.
• Train new Chief Experience Officers (CEOs) as needed.
• A passion for adventure travel.
• Bilingual proficiency: fluent Spanish is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Resourcefulness and adaptability.
• Commitment to and awareness of sustainable tourism practices.
• Willingness to commit to a regional contract of 12 months.
• Good health and a high energy level.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
• A background in basic accounting or budgeting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
