This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance executive compensation programs, including base salary and annual incentives.
β’ Advance executive equity programs, focusing on grant design and allocation strategies.
β’ Create and oversee compensation and equity frameworks that align with the company's performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate with the Compensation Manager to jointly manage global incentive programs.
β’ Serve as the primary expert on executive compensation and equity matters.
β’ Establish compensation and equity guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
β’ Maintain competitive executive practices through market benchmarking analyses.
β’ Guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
β’ Manage executive compensation data to ensure precision across various systems and reporting formats.
β’ Develop modeling and analysis pertaining to executive compensation and equity.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the compensation field.
β’ In-depth knowledge of executive compensation structures.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and experience in financial modeling.
β’ Proven experience in advising senior stakeholders.
β’ Good grasp of market practices and regulatory requirements.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS and compensation planning tools.
β’ A proactive mindset driven by ownership.
β’ Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
β’ Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
