Total Rewards Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize technology to perform external market pricing and create pricing analyses for structure mapping.

• Act as the primary contact for involvement in compensation surveys.

• Assist with annual compensation initiatives, including the Merit cycle, Corporate Bonus Plan, and Promotion cycle by:

• Assessing global salary structures and providing adjustment recommendations.

• Testing and managing compensation processes within Zuora’s pay software.

• Evaluating proposed pay changes for budget alignment and parity across teams.

• Computing and analyzing bonus payments.

• Reviewing results against budgetary expectations.

• Analyzing results and outcomes of processes.

• Collaborate with HR Operations to facilitate benefits-related onboarding, offboarding, and Total Rewards operations.

• Assist in the administration of the annual U.S. Benefits Open Enrollment process.

• Oversee benefits discrepancy files and resolve eligibility issues promptly.

• Serve as the main liaison for benefits invoices, including reconciliation and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Provide initial support to employees by addressing benefits and compensation inquiries.

• Aid in creating and maintaining employee communications, training materials, and benefits resources.

• Update and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation regarding compensation, benefits, time off, and leave of absence programs.

• Engage in compensation and benefits-related projects, compliance efforts, process enhancements, and other initiatives as necessary.

• Support the administration of leave of absence, which includes maintaining leave records in Workday, ensuring data consistency across systems, coordinating with managers regarding leave approvals, and promptly responding to disability claims and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, global compensation, and/or global benefits.

• Strong expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables, and other advanced functionalities.

• Analytical and quantitative abilities, with a knack for interpreting data and offering insightful recommendations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of working independently and managing projects and deadlines effectively.

• A high level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

• Experience with Workday is advantageous, with a preference for candidates having Workday Advanced Compensation experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Familiarity with compensation tools such as Pave or similar external platforms is a plus.
