This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Epic and other Clinical applications.
• Fostering collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, users from clinical departments, technology teams, and other corporate divisions.
• Overseeing the evaluation of user experience for systems, products, services, or devices.
• Ensuring that security, usability, and accessibility standards are adhered to.
• Investigating escalated, non-routine, and high-impact incidents, coordinating with responsible service owners to seek resolutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification, or a combination of education and/or experience.
• Epic Certification from Epic Systems.
• A minimum of 5 years in Applications Development and Support.
• Skills required: Application Management Software, Communication, Cross-Departmental Collaboration, Epic EHR, Incident Management, and Software Configurations.
• Up to 22 days of vacation.
