This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee specific aspects of annual and mid-year compensation cycles, which includes system updates, testing, and preparing training/announcement materials.
• Perform job pricing utilizing standardized methodologies for market benchmarking.
• Maintain salary ranges and assist with job mapping and internal equity analysis.
• Aid in pay equity audits and ensure data validation with audit-ready documentation.
• Address employee compensation inquiries via People Help tickets and escalate more complex issues as needed.
• Manage benefits enrollments, terminations, life events, and audits, including dealings with international benefit providers.
• Take charge of specific components of Open Enrollment and renewal cycles.
• Collaborate with vendors on eligibility files, audits, and resolving issues.
• Process Leaves of Absence and update data to guarantee payroll and benefits accuracy.
• Assist with compliance activities, including ACA, COBRA, and other statutory programs.
• Distribute benefits information and respond to employee queries regarding benefits.
• Maintain compensation and benefits data across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Generate standardized reports and dashboards for compensation cycles and benefits metrics.
• Identify data patterns that reveal inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
• Manage compensation and benefits survey submissions, including internal-to-external job mapping.
• Develop and maintain basic automated workflows using tools such as Zapier and Cowork.
• Keep process documentation updated.
• Propose process enhancements through automation or AI tools.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, particularly in a global and/or remote organization.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits management tools such as Workday, Pave, and Radford.
• Experience using AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude Cowork/Chat, and Zapier.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established SOPs and recognize when to escalate issues.
• Capability to communicate and collaborate effectively across People teams, Finance, Payroll, Sales, and Legal.
• Proactive adoption of AI and the ability to build and apply fluency in emerging technologies.
