This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of SIM tooling services that are in line with VHA's strategic objectives and business requirements.
• Supervise the integration and enhancement of tools within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
• Develop and execute DevOps strategies utilizing Azure DevOps for automation, infrastructure management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Employ SQL database management to ensure effective data handling and integrity across VHA IT systems.
• Collaborate with VHA leadership and project teams to ensure tooling solutions are aligned with strategic goals.
• Deliver regular updates to executive leadership regarding project results, risk evaluations, and potential future opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and assist in budgeting, Multi-Year Planning, and VHA/VA requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
