Title Processor – Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate title commitments, requirements, and exceptions for precision and thoroughness

• Detect and address title issues, such as liens, judgments, ownership discrepancies, and concerns regarding legal descriptions

• Organize and monitor mortgage and HELOC payoff requests

• Oversee HOA and condominium estoppels, including assessments, fees, and violations

• Act as the main point of contact for lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction journey

• Track loan status, underwriting milestones, and timelines for clear-to-close

• Ensure precise file information is maintained in Qualia, comprising financials, contacts, and property specifics

• Relay transaction updates and outstanding requirements to all involved parties

• Confirm that all title, lender, and settlement conditions are fulfilled prior to closing

• Facilitate the file handoff to the closer and ensure a smooth closing experience

• Generate and manage follow-up tasks to guarantee deadlines and requirements are adhered to

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in title, escrow, mortgage processing, or real estate transaction coordination is essential

• Familiarity with Qualia or comparable title production software is preferred

• Understanding of Florida title and real estate closing practices is desirable

• Strong grasp of title commitments, payoffs, lender requirements, and settlement processes

• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Capacity to prioritize multiple files and adhere to stringent deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software applications

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Effective time management and multitasking skills

• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities
