This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Accountable for facilitating real estate transactions by executing various administrative and/or support tasks to aid title processes.
• Carries out centralized clerical processing of documents to ensure accurate and timely title production.
• Relays information and instructions to branch offices; interactions with customers are limited or non-existent.
• Executes a diverse array of support functions to enhance departmental operations.
• Adheres to clearly established procedures to fulfill daily responsibilities and tasks.
• Utilizes existing protocols to resolve straightforward issues without frequently needing to exercise discretion.
• Employs basic communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Functions as an individual contributor working under direct supervision with minimal autonomy.
• Undertakes all other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Generally requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
