⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client support.

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.

• Proficient in English, as you will engage with global customers and colleagues whose primary language is English.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Comfortable assisting customers and addressing inquiries over the phone.

• Proficient in computer usage.
