This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Foster the development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in both the government and private sectors.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance products and services.
• Assist in outreach strategies and contribute to the creation and updating of fact sheets, online content, and stakeholder resources.
• Organize schedules and facilitate meetings, briefings, presentations, virtual webinars, ad hoc training sessions, and technical demonstrations.
• Aid stakeholders in organizing exercises, workshops, demonstrations, and training as requested by the Government.
• Support mission-critical visits and engagement activities for stakeholders in various locations across the United States, as needed.
• Record stakeholder communications in an Engagement Lifecycle Management tool and help maintain documentation and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of Event Summaries and Stakeholder Engagement Activity Reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance participation in communication initiatives (e.g., User Working Group sessions).
• At least 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or outreach.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in federal or homeland security missions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Remote work is expected.
• Occasional travel for client engagements may be necessary.
