This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Interact with BMO bank clients via inbound and outbound channels to assist with group insurance products.
• Offer general information regarding group insurance products and direct clients to suitable online resources and tools.
• Guide clients in completing their applications through digital platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Assist in enrolling customers in travel insurance by navigating them through the necessary steps for a seamless client experience.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling, client experience, and service quality standards.
• Employ internal systems and tools to monitor interactions and facilitate client follow-ups as required.
• Recognize opportunities to improve the client experience through effective communication and service.
• Remain updated on BMO Insurance product offerings, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while ensuring no advisory services are rendered.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in accordance with compliance standards and audit requirements.
• Promote BMO’s values and uphold a high standard of integrity and professionalism in every client interaction.
• Proficiency in English and Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or contact center settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Capability to clearly articulate information and assist clients through processes.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools, CRM platforms, and virtual engagement methods.
• Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

• Experience in customer retention and complaint resolution is a plus.
