This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls and assist members with scheduling or modifying transportation.
• Verify member eligibility and accurately document ride information.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns related to transportation services.
• Identify additional needs of members and provide suitable assistance.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address real-time challenges.
• Achieve and surpass performance targets, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to adhere to a structured call flow or script.
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in support of members or guardians.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Availability for full-time work and reliability in handling a consistent workload.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
