Title Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conducting research and analysis of real estate documents, district court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys.

• Possessing the ability to communicate effectively with escrow personnel, underwriting attorneys, and colleagues.

• Consistently exhibiting attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Making decisions regarding insurability and interpreting title insurance guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and comfortable with technology.
