TikTok Shop Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the TikTok Shop account.

• Communicate directly with TikTok representatives and partners.

• Oversee product listings, updates, and optimization.

• Develop and manage new product listings.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and performance optimization of listings.

• Organize the catalog structure for scalability.

• Collaborate with creators and affiliates to enhance product promotion.

• Manage campaigns and guarantee seamless execution.

• Support relationship management with creators.

• Streamline and organize existing workflows and systems.

• Establish processes to facilitate the scaling of the TikTok Shop operation.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements.

• Transition into a management role overseeing a team.

• Assign tasks and ensure accountability among team members.

• Assist in building and scaling the TikTok Shop function internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.

• Strong comprehension of TikTok Shop operations, listings, and the overall ecosystem.

• Experience in coordinating with TikTok representatives.

• Ability to handle multiple workflows and stakeholders effectively.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Amazon, particularly in Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

• Experience collaborating with creators or affiliate programs.

• Previous experience in a leadership or management position.

• Background in eCommerce operations.
