TikTok Shop Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the TikTok Shop account

• Liaise directly with TikTok representatives and partners

• Oversee product listings, updates, and optimization efforts

• Develop and manage new product listings

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and performance enhancement of listings

• Structure the catalog for scalability

• Collaborate with creators and affiliates to promote products

• Coordinate campaigns and guarantee seamless execution

• Support relationship management with creators

• Streamline and organize existing workflows and systems

• Establish processes to assist in scaling the TikTok Shop operation

• Identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements

• Transition into a managerial role overseeing a team

• Assign tasks and ensure accountability among team members

• Assist in building and scaling the TikTok Shop function internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts.

• Strong grasp of TikTok Shop operations, listings, and ecosystem

• Experience in coordinating with TikTok representatives

• Ability to juggle multiple workflows and stakeholders

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Amazon (particularly Multi-Channel Fulfillment - MCF)

• Experience working with creators or affiliate programs

• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial position

• Background in eCommerce operations.
