This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee daily operations of our TikTok Shop Seller Center, including managing listings, pricing, bundles, inventory visibility, and storefront merchandising.
• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance product pages, boost traffic, improve product deliverability, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
• Monitor account health, compliance, and customer experience metrics to ensure continuous progress.
• Experiment with and refine product offers, promotions, bundles, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques.
• Stay updated on platform trends, viral content opportunities, and TikTok Shop developments.
• Address operational challenges and collaborate with TikTok support when needed.
• Spearhead product launches, seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events.
• Consistently provide testing recommendations (offers, pricing, bundles, merchandising) and focus on successful strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate relationships with creators and affiliates (directly, through agencies, or talent managers) who are passionate about our products.
• Develop commission structures and incentives that position BaubleBar as the preferred brand for creators.
• Organize seeding, gifting, sampling, and activation initiatives that transform creators into dedicated fans.
• Monitor creator performance and identify opportunities to scale the most successful partnerships.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of creators aligned with brand objectives and target demographics.
• Track and report on key performance indicators while creating dashboards to keep the entire team informed.
• Convert data into actionable insights - Offer recommendations based on performance analytics. Evaluate campaign success and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Operations to ensure TikTok Shop aligns with our broader initiatives.
• Work in partnership with our agency and internal Paid Media team on TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and creator amplification efforts.
• Monitor ROAS, budget pacing, and key performance drivers.
• Share insights from creators, customer feedback, and trend analyses to foster business growth.
• Manage our agency relationships with transparency, openness, and a collaborative mindset.
• Assist in planning and executing TikTok LIVE shopping events, from product selection to promotions and creator coordination.
• Analyze data post-LIVE to understand engagement and sales drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to internal teams to enhance livestream effectiveness.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
• 1–3+ years of direct experience with TikTok Shop, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and best practices in social commerce.
• Proven experience in managing creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or influencer campaigns.
• A genuine passion for TikTok culture, trends, and the analytical mindset to discern the reasons behind successful content.
• A history of expanding creator and affiliate programs that generate revenue.
• Strong analytical skills - Capable of interpreting data, offering insights, and making informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with creators, agencies, and team members.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and paid social campaigns.
