• Over 10 years of leadership experience in language services, interpreting, language access, or related professional services sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in scaling a business, division, or operational function during a significant growth phase.

• Background in navigating larger organizations and implementing best practices in smaller, entrepreneurial settings.

• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, including technology, AI, automation, and evolving service models.

• Proven track record in team building, leadership development, and facilitating organizational change.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity to excel in a hands-on environment.

• Strong commercial and operational leadership skills.

• Openness to international travel as necessary.
