📋 Description

• Supervise a team of 5 and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive and precise bids and proposals for medical affairs projects.

• Direct operational pricing strategies to enhance sales and increase market reach.

• Engage with clients to gather further insights and support Business Development with presentations.

• Identify opportunities for improvement to boost solution effectiveness, as well as bid and proposal efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree along with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in solution development, proposals, pricing, or similar fields.

• Preferably possess experience in medical communications operations.

• Strong investigative and analytical skills with a proven history of identifying the needs of commercial teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, sourcing systems, and other relevant tools.
