This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Directly report to the executive team during consulting projects for clients in financial risk management.

• Lead a small team of professionals, comprising both our employees and client resources, on engagement activities.

• Identify, organize, coordinate, and verify deliverables for client engagements.

• Ensure that project-related data and information are maintained within budget and time limits.

• Work in collaboration with business unit and IT sponsors to define project objectives, success metrics, and risk evaluations.

• Oversee approved funding in conjunction with business sponsors and IT.

• Collaborate with architecture team members to ensure solutions are aligned with IT strategy.

• Facilitate successful project execution across various IT teams.

• Develop and manage practical project plans, ensuring buy-in from all involved resources.

• Provide status updates to stakeholders and promote effective communication among stakeholders and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial risk consultant position or a closely related role.

• Proven capability in applying mathematical concepts utilizing SAS software within the financial services sector.

• Solid understanding of financial regulatory standards, including IFRS 9, IFRS 17, and CECL.

• Familiarity with SAS reporting and management modules.
