Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the communication of customer sales-related information between manufacturing plants and retail locations.

• Collaborate with plants to develop specific plans and reports that enhance their sales territories.

• Conduct visits to stores to assess the execution levels of various programs.

• Provide reports on sales to plants, as well as information regarding upcoming displays and bread rack resets.

• Engage with retail store management to review past performance and strategize for current and future periods.

• Prepare and gather necessary DSD forms for price adjustments, promotions, new products, and more.

• Distribute newly released price sheets to plants to ensure accuracy in HHC pricing.

• Spend time in the field alongside a Key Accounts Director from one or more plants.

• Collaborate with the DSD department to verify pricing for upcoming features.

• Create a feature confirmation report detailing all features set for upcoming periods in retail stores.

• Reach out to the category manager to explore business opportunities.

• Develop a promotional sales planner for retail stores to provide an advance overview of anticipated features.

• Contact the regional SVP to discuss sales strategies for future promotions and specific events related to retail partnerships.

• Participate in meetings with National Accounts teams.

• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management, which may include fulfilling work schedules, maintaining attendance policies, and complying with other operational rules, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time and stay overnight as required.
