This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ownership of the sales pipeline and closing deals
• Prospecting: Execute monthly sales calls through both outbound and inbound channels
• Discovery calls: Qualify leads using BANT, identify pain points, and clarify budget constraints
• Negotiation and closing: Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals
• Deal management: Keep the sales pipeline current, maintain forecasts, and manage reporting
• Win-loss analysis: Recognize trends and consistently improve processes
• Account management: Oversee existing clients and discover upsell opportunities
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in high-ticket industries such as consulting
• Experience with qualification methodologies like BANT or MEDDIC — consultative selling approach
• Proficient in CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs: pipeline metrics, win rates, and deal cycles
• Excellent German language skills (both written and spoken)
• Data-driven mindset — KPIs inform your strategy
