TikTok Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Produce and upload 3–5 TikTok videos weekly focusing on themes such as side hustles, gig work, and remote income.

• Independently script, shoot, and edit videos that are both trend-conscious and aligned with the brand.

• Stay updated with trending sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance audience reach.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work in collaboration with social and content teams on integrated campaigns.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies to boost views and follower counts.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• A formal degree is not necessary.

• Demonstrated TikTok presence—whether personal or professional, we’re eager to see your creations.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and adept at crafting engaging, punchy scripts.

• Basic video editing abilities (using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar).

• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, current trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Must be consistent and reliable—content calendars require diligent management.

• Bonus: Experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career-related content is a plus.
