Ticketing Team Member – India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accurately and timely issue flight bookings utilizing Sabre.

• Create and oversee Passenger Name Records (PNRs) within Sabre.

• Utilize fare pricing tools in Sabre to price itineraries.

• Manage ticket exchanges and reissues when clients need to modify their flights.

• Process ticket voids and refunds in accordance with airline regulations.

• Monitor and address the queue in Sabre.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS is an essential requirement for this position.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Sabre ticketing within a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management firm.

• A comprehensive understanding of fare rules: you are adept at interpreting the conditions associated with tickets.

• Strong focus on the accuracy of passenger data.

• Ability to maintain a consistent working pace while ensuring accuracy.
