• Develop and sustain thorough threat research at a regional level.
• Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage global threats to executive personnel and staff.
• Create actionable and concise threat analysis reports promptly to inform cross-functional teams, executive protection, and enterprise-wide security operations.
• Collaborate with and guide open-source intelligence analysts, leveraging law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and the deep/dark web to assess known and potential threats that could affect executive staff, employees, or the business partner community.
• Manage relationships between the Safety and Security team and local law enforcement partners, as well as other investigative, research, and intelligence organizations and vendors.
• Work closely with the client's customer service team to address threats.
• Maintain global situational awareness of emerging and developing threats and prepare impact analyses.
• Handle complex security incidents involving multiple stakeholders, including those lacking expertise in threat and intelligence fields.
• Lead regional cross-functional program syncs to educate and enhance threat capabilities.
• Contribute to program development through workflow creation, threat methodology research, and other planning artifacts.
• Adopt a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively with individuals ranging from senior executives to entry-level employees.
• Possess the ability to simplify complex security matters to ensure understanding among diverse audiences.
• Comply with and adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where this position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
• This role may require up to 10% travel.
• 3-5 years of experience in threat analysis, preferably in behavioral threat assessment and threat management.
• Experience in supporting a comprehensive threat management program and hands-on experience in conducting investigations, intelligence collection, analysis, and case management.
• Extensive familiarity with open source research, criminal background information, and other online investigative methods.
• Current member (or the ability to become a member) of professional threat assessment organizations (e.g., Association of Threat Assessment Professionals).
• Willingness to work some non-traditional hours (e.g., nights, weekends, or holidays) and respond to urgent or time-sensitive situations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated during the interview process.
• Must be a highly adaptable and flexible individual capable of building partnerships and working collaboratively across functions.
• Professional proficiency in the Google Suite of workspace applications and Mac OS.
