• Develop and uphold extensive threat research on a regional level.
• Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage global threats to the executive staff and employees.
• Deliver actionable and succinct threat analysis products promptly to inform cross-functional teams, protect executive staff, and enhance enterprise-wide security operations.
• Collaborate with and guide open-source intelligence analysts, leveraging law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and the deep/dark web to identify known and potential threats that may affect executive staff, employees, or the business partner community.
• Manage the Safety and Security team's relationships with local law enforcement partners, investigative, research, intelligence groups, and vendors.
• Work closely with the client's customer service team regarding threats.
• Maintain global situational awareness of emerging and potential threats, preparing impact analyses accordingly.
• Handle complex security incidents involving multiple stakeholders, including those lacking experience in threat and intelligence fields.
• Lead regional cross-functional program syncs to educate and enhance threat capabilities.
• Assist in program development through workflow creation, threat methodology research, and various planning products.
• Embrace a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively with individuals ranging from senior executives to entry-level employees.
• Possess the ability to convey complex security issues in a manner that is easily understood by your specific audience.
• Adhere to and comply with all regulations, policies, work procedures, and guidelines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this position is based without requiring visa sponsorship.
• This role involves up to 10% travel.
• 3-5 years of experience in threat analysis, with a focus on behavioral threat assessment and threat management preferred.
• Experience in supporting a comprehensive threat management program, including direct involvement in investigations, intelligence collection, analysis, and case management.
• Significant experience in utilizing open-source research, criminal background checks, and other online investigative methods.
• Current member (or ability to become a member) of professional threat assessment organizations (e.g., Association of Threat Assessment Professionals).
• Capability to work non-traditional hours (e.g., nights, weekends, or holidays) and respond to urgent or time-sensitive situations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrable during the interview process.
• Must be a highly adaptable and flexible individual, capable of building partnerships and collaborating across functions.
• Professional proficiency in the Google Suite of workspace applications and Mac OS.
