This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Cultivate robust relationships with fraud prevention specialists within the BioCatch client base to facilitate and maximize the value derived from BioCatch solutions.
• Offer expert knowledge to clients to enhance the utilization of BioCatch in fulfilling strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and the BioCatch Data Science team to enhance fraud detection rates while ensuring minimal disruption for legitimate customers.
• Employ a data-driven methodology to demonstrate BioCatch's value against established success criteria for proof-of-value and pilot initiatives.
• Educate prospective and new clients about BioCatch and Behavioral Biometrics to address their key challenges and use cases.
• Work strategically with clients to implement rules for urgent fraud incidents.
• Guide clients towards industry best practices.
• Advocate for the customer's perspective internally to shape BioCatch's product strategy and delivery.
• Assist the BioCatch Data Science team in investigating emerging threats, including Account Takeover, Account Opening, Remote Access Scams, Social Engineering Scams, and Mule detection.
• Provide reports and insights on the effectiveness of fraud detection efforts.
• Share field experiences and insights with Sales Enablement and contribute thought leadership in the realm of fraud.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for BioCatch Sales teams in acquiring new clients.
• A bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience within the fraud departments of financial institutions and/or familiarity with fraud monitoring tools.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SQL at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Experience with Python and/or R is advantageous.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.
• Strong presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey information to diverse audience types.
• Willingness to travel across ANZ to engage with clients and facilitate onsite workshops.
• Excellent relationship-building skills in business and with customers.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
