Ambulatory Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist healthcare organizations in overcoming intricate challenges through strategic process enhancement, comprehensive project management, and effective problem-solving.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to healthcare clients.

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Epic functionality.

• Provide support for ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations.

• Convert complex clinical or operational requests into viable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams.

• Independently manage multiple simultaneous initiatives within a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid EpicCare Ambulatory certification is mandatory.

• Epic Security certification or relevant hands-on Security experience is highly preferred.

• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or practical experience with Kaleidoscope is strongly preferred.

• Experience in supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks is preferred.

• Proven experience in designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality.

• Strong grasp of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Proficiency in translating complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
