Therapy Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Therapy Team Lead delivers direct patient care while overseeing a designated team of Therapists at their assigned CHC location.

• This role acts as the primary contact for addressing clinical and operational concerns, tracking performance metrics such as schedule utilization, encounter completion, and documentation timeliness, while collaborating with cross-functional leadership to ensure that team performance aligns with organizational objectives.

• The Team Lead also facilitates onboarding, enhances provider engagement, and optimizes workflows to guarantee effective integration and consistency within the assigned team.

• This position balances clinical duties with leadership responsibilities aimed at supporting providers, ensuring quality assurance, and enhancing operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT) in the state of primary residence as well as in California (CA). (required)

• Currently serving patients at ODCHC.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health (required).

• Board certification to provide clinical supervision (preferred).

• Previous leadership experience (preferred).

• Experience in policy and procedure development (preferred).
