This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Review and edit machine-translated customer service content ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and apply severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project guidelines.

• Create high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to established style guides, tone specifications, and terminology standards.

• Detect and report recurring issues related to machine translation quality and trends at the batch level.

• Native-level proficiency in the target language along with strong English language skills.

• Background in translation, localization, or machine translation post-editing.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality assessment and error identification techniques.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a quality-oriented approach.
