Test Program Manager – Oracle ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central, Fusion Local (HSB), and Quarter in Arrears initiatives.

• Create and sustain test strategies, test plans, and associated documentation, with an emphasis on Fusion Local.

• Supervise and coordinate third-party testing resources, including HSB and Protiviti.

• Collaborate with business track leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure thorough testing of all business and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor testing progress, defects, risks, and dependencies across various regions.

• Deliver clear status updates and escalations to the Program Manager and senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in testing, QA leadership, or test program management.

• Proven experience in leading testing efforts for Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP programs.

• Strong grasp of financial or enterprise business processes.

• Demonstrated experience in managing vendors or external testing partners.

• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders and proficiency in executive-level reporting.

• Experience with multi-region or global programs.

• Exposure to finance, accounting, or regulatory programs.
