Test Manager – Test Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the quality assurance of intricate software solutions

• Planning and overseeing testing activities

• Coordinating test teams while collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and clients

• Providing guidance to clients on implementing contemporary test management and automation techniques

• Assisting in all phases of software testing and advancing test methodologies and standards

• Developing test concepts and test case scenarios, as well as organizing and planning testing activities

• Assessing and documenting test outcomes and aligning them with client expectations

• Leading and coordinating agile testing teams

• Creating and implementing test automation tools to enhance testing scalability

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and executing test strategies, as well as leading agile testing teams

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities in software testing or test management (in accordance with the ISTQB standard)

• Familiarity with software development or programming, along with experience using test management and automation tools such as Cucumber, X-Ray/Jira, Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright, and Tosca

• Ideally, some experience within the financial services industry

• Independent and organized work style with the capability to communicate empathetically

• Proficient in German (at least C1 level)
