Test Manager, Telecom/SDM/SDL/IMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze project deliverables to determine the appropriate testing approach.

• Develop, oversee, and implement the Test Strategy Project.

• Supervise both internal teams and third-party resources, including onshore and offshore personnel.

• Ensure traceability of requirements within Test management tools, specifically JIRA.

• Deliver Test Progress Reports throughout the Test Planning and execution phases.

• Oversee and monitor defects management.

• Ensure the quality of testing processes.

• Track and manage the testing schedule, making adjustments as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in SDL, SDM, and IMS (both fixed and mobile).

• Background as a Test Manager on Nokia projects.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Experience in leading teams effectively.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains.
