Test Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with project partners to define testing processes and documentation.

• Identifying test objects for evaluation.

• Engaging in daily communication with stakeholders.

• Leading test teams and overseeing the testing process, which includes planning, coordinating, and executing tests across various organizations.

• Reviewing and verifying the planning of test resources.

• Evaluating detailed test schedules and aligning them with the Project Manager's plan.

• Tracking the preparation and execution status of tests daily, as well as monitoring test progress in JIRA, addressing critical issues, and assessing risks.

• Managing defects by balancing priority, criticality, resolution plans, and defining potential workarounds for known open defects.

• Collaborating with test and integration teams to set up test environments, as well as creating test cases and test data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Management.

• In-depth understanding of Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with version control systems like GitLab/GitHub, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Bamboo.

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in managing test teams.

• Proficient communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is a plus.

• Experience with cloud solutions is an asset.
