Test Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze project deliverables to determine the appropriate testing approach.

• Develop, oversee, and implement the Test Strategy Project.

• Coordinate both internal and external teams, including onshore and offshore resources.

• Ensure traceability of requirements using Test management Tools (JIRA and others).

• Deliver Test Progress Reports throughout the Test Planning and execution phases.

• Manage and monitor defects effectively.

• Oversee Test quality assurance.

• Supervise and adjust the test schedule as necessary to maintain timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDL), Software Development Management (SDM), and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for both fixed and mobile environments.

• Previous experience as a Test Manager on Nokia projects.

• Excellent management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to lead teams and foster collaborative efforts with various domain stakeholders.
