This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide the team in conducting Functional, System Integration, Performance, and Regression testing.
• Create test plans and test cases, establish traceability metrics, and utilize automated testing frameworks to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery.
• Oversee all testing operations.
• Collaborate closely with clients and implementation teams to comprehend the product roadmap, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developing test plans and test cases.
• Evaluate requirements and system design while working with cross-functional teams to shape design and development for better testability.
• Partner with automation developers to design, maintain, and execute automated system and regression test suites.
• Work in conjunction with the Business to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage test environments and coordinate their use with other teams as necessary.
• Generate, maintain, and report on testing metrics, driven by a commitment to continuously enhance product quality and usability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software consulting or product development.
• At least 4 years of experience in both Functional and automation testing.
• Solid understanding of Test Automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with test processes and deliverables.
• Familiarity with database fundamentals and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and associated tools like JIRA.
• Experience with Management Tools such as ALM.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to coordinate with teams across different geographical locations.
• Experience in utilizing the complete Software Development Lifecycle in implementing packaged software solutions.
• Preferred experience in implementing Oracle Utilities applications within the utility sector.
• Experience in testing Customer Information System (CIS), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and/or Meter Data Management (MDM) applications in the energy industry.
• Development experience with JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, and PL/SQL.
