Test Engineer / Business Analyst, Testing & Validation Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Create and implement test plans, scripts, and validation activities.

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements.

• Assist with user acceptance testing and manage defects.

• Ensure the accuracy of reporting outputs and data integrity.

• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance workflows and usability.

• Monitor issues and enhancements utilizing Agile tools.

• Contribute to accessibility and compliance testing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in testing, QA, or business analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and documentation abilities.

• Experience in supporting enterprise applications or analytics platforms.
