Senior QA Automation Engineer – AWS, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop an automated testing framework that encompasses both our web application hosted on AWS and the associated Salesforce native workflows.

• Automate comprehensive user journeys that span multiple platforms, such as actions triggered in our cloud-based web interface that initiate deployments or metadata backups within Salesforce.

• Create reliable UI tests for Salesforce Lightning that are resilient to dynamic ID changes and adeptly manage Shadow DOM components using tools like UTAM, Playwright, or other enterprise testing solutions.

• Build strong API automation suites to ensure the validation of real-time data integrations, webhooks, and secure queues operating between AWS and Salesforce.

• Seamlessly integrate the automated testing suites into contemporary Git-based CI/CD workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in QA Automation Engineering, with a focus on managing intricate enterprise integrations.

• In-depth Salesforce Knowledge: Outstanding comprehension of Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security frameworks, and developer processes.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in code-first automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) OR extensive experience with Salesforce-specific automated testing frameworks (Provar, ACCELQ, or UTAM).

• API and Database Testing: Proficient in REST API testing along with a solid understanding of SOQL queries for direct verification of the Salesforce database.

• DevOps Approach: Robust experience in establishing automated testing steps within CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud-based development tools).
