This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Coordinate and implement testing events in accordance with established test plans, procedures, and scripts.

• Prepare and verify test environments to guarantee precision and readiness for testing activities.

• Conduct functional, integration, and system testing across various applications, systems, and networks.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating closely with development and support teams to achieve resolution.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive test reports, detailing results, defects, and overall system quality.

• Work together with cross-functional teams, including QA, development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

• Assist in testing activities related to the Facets migration, encompassing system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure that test coverage is in alignment with both business and technical requirements.

• Engage in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of defects and system issues.

• Maintain documentation for testing processes, environments, and outcomes.

• Proven experience in software testing, QA, or a similar role.

• Strong grasp of testing methodologies, processes, and tools.

• Experience in executing test plans, scripts, and procedures.

• Knowledge of setting up and validating test environments.

• Experience in creating test reports and documenting findings.
