This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
⢠Take ownership and manage several strategic accounts within a designated business segment and territory, emphasizing a personalized, relationship-driven approach.
⢠Create and implement tailored strategies that cater to the unique needs of each account, fostering revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
⢠Formulate and execute a robust strategic plan aimed at increasing market share within the assigned geographic area.
⢠Be directly responsible for the sales revenue generated in the designated territory, with a focus on achieving and surpassing established targets.
⢠Assess sales potential, prepare budgets, and maintain sales tracking along with other administrative reports required by management.
⢠Build and sustain a sales opportunity pipeline that is adequate to meet annual top-line growth objectives.
⢠Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, offering insights and strategies to enhance revenue generation.
⢠Use CRM software as the primary tool to oversee daily sales activities, including pre-call plans, detailed contact management, quotations, communication/email tracking, and project management.
⢠Promote sustainable sales growth and engineering specifications by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
⢠Develop a comprehensive understanding of the specific business segment, keeping informed about market trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment.
⢠Create detailed action plans at the account level to identify the best approach based on application, industry knowledge, buying influences, and key differentiators.
⢠Maintain awareness of market trends and developments within the business, industry, and region.
⢠Utilize market insights to pinpoint opportunities for expansion and growth within the strategic accounts portfolio.
⢠Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in strategic accounts to ensure ongoing engagement and loyalty.
⢠Deliver technical presentations and product installation training to various audiences.
⢠Must be open to domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time.
⢠Knowledgeable and skilled in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
⢠Committed to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.
⢠Proficient in time and travel management.
⢠Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
⢠Bachelorās degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in technical and/or project sales is preferred.
