This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of and manage multiple strategic accounts within a designated business segment and territory, ensuring a relationship-focused and personalized approach.
• Create and implement tailored strategies that address the unique needs of each account, driving both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Formulate and execute a thorough strategic plan aimed at increasing market share within the assigned geographic region.
• Be fully accountable for the sales revenue generated within the designated territory, with an emphasis on meeting and surpassing established targets.
• Identify sales potential; prepare budgets; and maintain sales tracking and other administrative reports as required by management.
• Develop and sustain a sales opportunity pipeline adequate to achieve annual top-line growth objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, offering insights and strategies to enhance revenue generation.
• Employ CRM software as the main tool for managing daily sales activities, including pre-call plans, detailed contact management, quotations, communication/email tracking, project management, and more.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts to ensure ongoing engagement and loyalty.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide product installation training to diverse audiences.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Committed to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in time and travel management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales experience is preferred.
