This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Articulates the value of products through a deep understanding of offerings.
• Establishes and nurtures relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
• Performs product presentations and demonstrations at dental practices and clinics.
• Identifies and pursues new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Meets sales targets and objectives established by the company.
• Delivers outstanding customer service and support to current clients.
• Remains informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and new product innovations.
• Works collaboratively with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies.
• Participates in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase products and services.
• Keeps precise records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues promptly and professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 1+ years of demonstrated success in business-to-business sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with the capability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• High level of professionalism and maturity—capable of representing the company confidently.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Skillful in building and sustaining strong client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
