
Territory Sales Representative – Foodservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Act as the field representative for the complete Stratas portfolio
• Implement a sales strategy that aligns with distributors and focuses on operators, targeting regional chains and large leveraged operators
• Create and execute a detailed territory plan that includes target accounts, call cadence, pipeline priorities, and annual growth objectives
• Drive operator conversion initiatives through prompt lead follow-up, organized fry test management, and consultative product recommendations
• Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities to enhance distribution and market penetration
• Perform product demonstrations, including fry tests, product cuttings, and application-based trials across specialty oils, mayonnaise, dressings, sauces, and bakery shortenings
• Offer technical expertise, performance comparisons, and value justification to facilitate brand conversion
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers among operators, distributors, and brokers
• Use Salesforce daily to manage opportunities, maintain pipeline visibility, and comply with the established sales process
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
• An Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in foodservice, distributor, broker, or manufacturer sales is required
• Culinary training or practical kitchen experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred
• Valid Driver’s License is necessary
