πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Implement the sales strategy and achieve set targets for the designated territory.

β€’ Identify potential clients for animal nutrition and health products.

β€’ Leverage value-added selling techniques along with marketing support initiatives.

β€’ Engage in strategic and tactical discussions for business growth with clients.

β€’ Organize and deliver technical product information to key decision-makers.

β€’ Track product performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

β€’ Create sales forecasts to facilitate effective production planning and raw material procurement.

β€’ Provide insights on competitive intelligence.

β€’ Aid in the launch and promotion of products at trade shows, seminars, conferences, and other industry events.

β€’ Ensure timely and precise completion of administrative responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field (preferably dairy or animal science).

β€’ Advanced degree in animal science or business is preferred.

β€’ At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of customer growth and value recognition.

β€’ Experience in selling or providing support across a diverse customer and channel partner base is essential.

β€’ Strong business acumen with demonstrated skills in developing action plans, setting goals, and strategic account management.

β€’ Self-motivated individual with a proven strong work ethic.

β€’ Genuine interest in animal agriculture and a passion for selling within the dairy sector.

β€’ Ability to influence the decision-making process across multiple customer targets, including nutrition professionals, dairy producers, feed milling, distribution, and channel partners.

β€’ Capability to effectively deliver scientific information and key messages about Balchem products to important dairy influencers within the territory.

β€’ Experience in understanding the consultative selling cycle is essential.

β€’ Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively, both in written and oral forms, is crucial.
