This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects while engaging with existing customers to boost sales of the organization’s products and/or services.
• Gain proficiency in various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, utilizing experience and judgment to strategize and achieve goals.
• Execute a range of complex tasks, potentially overseeing and guiding the work of others, and typically reports to a manager or department head.
• An effective Territory Sales Representative will possess a significant degree of creativity and autonomy.
• Capability to recognize sales trends and generate business insights.
• Preferred experience in a multi-channel role, overseeing distribution and direct sales responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Manager and Distribution to meet annual and quarterly sales targets, market share objectives, gross margin goals, and key account growth metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• 4+ years of sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required (up to 75%).
